DGO Gold – rights issue prospectus

1 Important notice

2 Date and duration of Offer

DGO Gold Limited ACN 124 562 849 (DGO Gold) lodged a Prospectus with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission on 29 May 2017 for a non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offer of 1 new share for every 2 existing shares (and 1 new options for very new shares) at an offer price of $0.25 per new share to raise approximately $724,666 (before offer costs and the exercise of any new options). The Prospectus details the terms of the Offer. The Offer period commences on 6 June 2017 and is expected to close on 16 June 2017. DGO Gold may vary these dates without notice.

3 Acceptances not accepted until offer period commences

Acceptances for DGO Gold shares under the Prospectus will not be accepted by DGO Gold until 6 June 2017 when the offer period commences. Acceptances may only be made on the Entitlement and Acceptance Form attached to or accompanying the Prospectus (including the electronic copy of the Prospectus). Acceptances will not be processed until after the offer period commences and no preference will be conferred on Acceptances received prior to commencement of the offer period. DGO Gold will not accept a completed Entitlement and Acceptance Form if it is has reason to believe that (a) the applicant has not received a complete paper copy or the electronic copy of the Prospectus, or (b) the Entitlement and Acceptance Form or electronic copy of the Prospectus has been altered or tampered with in any way.

4 Jurisdiction

Access to the electronic version of the Prospectus is only available to persons resident in Australia or New Zealand with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand, from within Australia or New Zealand. The distribution of this Prospectus in jurisdictions outside of Australia or New Zealand may be restricted by law and persons in such jurisdictions who come into possession of the Prospectus should seek advice on and observe any such restrictions. Any failure to comply with such restrictions may constitute a violation of applicable securities laws.
